Our CAE analysis process

We accurately model stiffness, mass, damping and mass distribution to determine structure’s modal behavior. Our years of experience in modal analysis and vibration testing of components has led us to understand the behavior of joints and the stress they exhibit during vibrations, conditions that produce points of contact and other changes. That helps us to accurately model their behavior in specific conditions. We analyze the mode shapes and the natural frequencies of the products to determine resonance and the possible vibrations that can affect the quality of the product. If the product is found show high vibration at their resonance frequencies, modal analyses are conducted and the structure is modified or the parameters like mass and damping are changed.
